fainternational.in (the ”Website”) is owned by and/or operated by or on behalf of Fai International (”Fai International /we/us”), with delivery services provided by Bluedart. India is the country of domicile.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Use of Website

1. These Terms (together with any linked policies) apply to your access and use of this Website or any Applications which allow you to place an order with Fai International. By accessing the Website or Applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Website immediately.
2. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You agree that the information you provide on registration is accurate and you will notify us of changes.
3. We may change, withdraw, or suspend access to the Website (partly or fully) without prior notice and will not be liable to you for doing so.
4. Payments are accepted online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in INR. The cardholder’s details must match the ID details provided.
5. The Website may include links to third-party websites (”Linked Websites”). Fai International has no control over and is not responsible for the content or availability of such Linked Websites.
6. Fai International may deny you access to the Website at any time at its sole discretion (e.g., due to violation of Terms or unlawful behavior).
7. Any material that you upload to the Website will be treated as non-confidential and may be used by Fai International at its discretion. We also reserve the right to disclose your identity in case of IP or privacy infringement claims.
8. You agree to indemnify Fai International against all losses and claims arising from your use of the Website or materials posted by you.

Purchase of Products

1. Acceptance of Orders

All orders placed on the Website are subject to acceptance by Fai International. We may refuse your order for reasons such as:

• Products listed but unavailable, incorrectly priced, or described
• Failure to obtain payment authorization
• Multiple quantities ordered for shipment to different addresses
• Shipping restrictions on the product
• Invalid or inappropriate delivery addresses (e.g., freight forwarding services)

Upon receipt of an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment (“Order Acknowledgement”). This is not an acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when we send you an official shipping confirmation (“Dispatch Confirmation”).

2. Prices

• All prices listed are for the products only. Delivery fees apply additionally.
• Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect confirmed Dispatch Confirmations.

3. Payment Terms

• Total order cost = Product price + Delivery charge.
• Payments are accepted in the displayed currency (INR by default).
• You must provide correct and accurate card details. All payment methods are subject to authorization.
• We are not responsible for any additional bank charges, currency exchanges, or declined transactions.

4. Invoicing

Where applicable, we may issue invoices electronically, and you agree to this format.

5. Delivery and Risk

• Currently, we deliver products only within India.
• Orders received after cut-off hours or on non-working days will be processed the next working day.
• Delivery details (Name, Address, Contact Number) will be used strictly for shipment purposes.

6. Cancellation and Returns

Cancellations and returns will be processed per our Returns & Cancellation Policy, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Age Requirements

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet any minimum age requirements applicable to specific products. Orders may be cancelled if we suspect otherwise.

Governing Laws

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
