Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Fai International, we are committed to delivering the finest fragrance experience to our customers. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
A. Return & Refund Policy
- No Returns on Delivered, Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours.
- Product Sensitivities: Our perfumes contain natural extracts. We are not responsible for reactions or sensitivities. Please perform a patch test before use.
B. Refund Policy
- Refunds or exchanges for damaged/defective products will be processed after verification within 4–7 business days.
- Unboxing video is required to claim replacement/refund for damaged/incorrect products.
- For refunds, contact us at [email protected] or call +91 70737 37673 within 24 hours of delivery.
- If your package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact us within 48 hours. Claims after this will not be eligible.
- Delivery charges: ₹100 shipping on every order, worldwide.
- Refunds are processed within 5–6 business days once approved. COD refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
C. Return Policy
- No returns/exchanges for delivered, opened, or unused products unless defective or damaged.
- Damaged, broken, or manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 24 hours.
- Claims for missing or incorrect items must include unboxing photos/videos.
- Transit damage (broken, leaked, missing) must be reported within 24–36 hours.
- Verified claims will be resolved with refund/exchange within 3–4 business days.

E. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. 2% gateway charge applies to prepaid order cancellations.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled post-dispatch. For prepaid orders returned to us, a ₹75 handling fee will be deducted.
F. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be credited within 4–5 business days to the original payment method.
